Policy and Guidelines of Contour and Co.

All treatments over £40, will require a 50% deposit prior to the next treatment booking.
All vouchers purchased will have a 6 month expiry date.
Please come to Contour and Co unaccompanied.
Please keep to the correct social distancing.
Please leave non-essential items at home, i.e. coat, snacks and drinks.
Tea and coffee will NOT be offered during your treatment time. But bottled water will be offered to buy if you need a drink at hand.

Please follow the hygiene policy we’ve put in to place for Contour and Co;
- All customers must come on time; those that are early will have to wait outside, those that are late 10 minutes or more will have their appointment cancelled.
- Masks will have to be worn within the salon. If you do not have a mask, you will be require to purchase a mask from Contour and Co.
- There will be a hand washing station. This is to be used before your treatment. There will also be hand sanitiser available throughout your treatment time.
- Once you’ve washed your hands you will then be required to fill out a client consultation and have your temperature taken, to ensure the safety of yourself and the individuals around you within the salon.
